UseUse of disperse dyes dyeing polyester, can be used as a dispersant, levelling agent, detergent, after dyeing soap bath, can be washed to improve color fastness. Can also be used for the preparation of wool, viscose fiber softener, needle strength with lubricant and resin finishing softener.

Add equal amounts of o-phenylenediamine and stearyl chloride to a condensation kettle in sequence, stir at 0-5 ℃ for acylation reaction, and the reaction takes place between pH values of 8-9. After the reaction is completed, add the water-based agent toluene, raise the temperature, and continuously steam the azeotrope of the water and toluene under reflux. After a few hours of reaction, check the residual amount of o-phenylenediamine, complete conversion of aniline as the endpoint, press the product into a second condensation kettle, and add benzyl chloride dropwise for alkylation reaction. Finally, fuming sulfuric acid is added for sulfonation neutralization reaction, cooling, crystallization, and drying to obtain the finished product.

equimolar o-phenylenediamine and stearoyl chloride were successively added into the condensation kettle, and the acylation reaction was carried out by stirring at 0~5 ℃, and the reaction was carried out at pH 8~9. After the reaction, add the water-carrying agent toluene, heat up, and continuously evaporate the water and the azeotropic liquid of toluene under reflux. After a few hours of reaction, check the residual amount of o-phenylenediamine, take the complete conversion of aniline as the end point, press the product into the second condensation kettle, and drop benzyl chloride for alkylation reaction. Finally, fuming sulfuric acid is added for sulfonation neutralization reaction, cooling, crystallization and drying to obtain the finished product.
